Our part-time Life Coach position consists of serving clients in Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Highland, Cedar Hills, and American Fork, Mondays through Saturdays. We are seeking someone positive and uplifting to work with our clients with disabilities and their families.


At LiV-ABILITY

We offer services to people with disabilities to teach them the skills they need to be productive, contributing members of their communities. Our clients have competitively paid jobs, serve others through volunteering and giving back, and are a part of the everyday life of their communities.


In this position, your main goal is to teach people with disabilities the skills necessary for them to become as independent as possible.


As a Life Coach, you will have the opportunity to provide some or all of the following services for our clients and their families:

Day program services:

(Community-based group program, where 2-4 clients are placed in a group and do free and/or low-cost activities within the community).


Job coaching services:

(Going with our clients to their jobs and helping them independently maintain employment)

Job coaching involves teaching individuals work skills necessary to obtain employment and independently maintain employment in the community. Our job coaching provides ongoing support to clients working at various places of employment.


Supported living services:

(Spending one-on-one time with clients doing activities the individual enjoys)

Many of our clients also enjoy being active during their supported living time. Supported living activities may include going bowling, playing basketball, going to the park, and going to the rec. center, swimming, and other activities.


Job Requirements:

- No previous experience is required

- Must be 18 years old or older

- Applicants must be able to pass a background check

- Be willing to become CPR certified

- Have reliable transportation

- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance

- No more than two driving violations
