POSITION SUMMARY

The Session Coach plays a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences. This position ensures member safety, provides education and guidance, and fosters a welcoming, engaging environment that supports member retention and growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment for all members
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment for members
  • Educate members on OsteoStrong protocols and benefits
  • Guide members through orientation sessions in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with inbound and outbound communications, including scheduling and customer service
  • Build strong relationships to support member retention
  • Promote OsteoStrong services and encourage new member growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
  • Background in Kinesiology (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in retail, sales, or customer service preferred

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and deliver structured scripts confidently
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Understanding of company policies and ability to follow established protocols

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
