We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, energetic people to join our team as OsteoStrong Session Coaches. (We know this is a new title for you. Please read on.)
A Session Coach is a vital team member who will be trained and expected to work one to one with our members, providing an outstanding experience by guiding members though the OsteoStrong program for bone strengthening, balance and energy enhancement.
Our Northvale location is part of the OsteoStrong family of over 160 centers nationwide. We have an outstanding training program and a staff ready to help take your unique skills and integrate them into our cutting edge system to improve health and wellness.
Our team includes outstanding leaders in the health and fitness arena, including personal trainers, fitness instructors, professional dance instructors, wellness coaches, Doctors and others.
We have fun while caring for and leading our members through a program with the following proven results.

     The ideal candidate will have a foundation in health and / or fitness. Experience working with adult populations in a gym or health club setting is great, but not mandatory. Knowledge in what Osteostrong does is rare and not expected. The ability and willingness to learn what we do and to become part of a driven, enthusiastic team is the key component.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn all aspects of the Osteostrong Program
  • Coach members through Bone Building Osteostrong sessions
  • Support and encourage our clients.
  • Provide information and advice to clients (as per training and skill set)
  • Maintain a safe, productive and fun work environment.
