About the Role
We are a growing class action administration company that provides claims processing and settlement services. We're looking for a Case Manager to join our team and help oversee class action settlement cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage settlement cases with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administration
Maintain records, databases, and documentation
Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients
Balance multiple priorities through strong organizational skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2-5 years of experience in project management, legal services, or related field preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
