• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish therapeutic rapport and identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, providing therapy that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse techniques to engage clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Monitor and track client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our organization's policies.
• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to address holistic client needs, including social services, case management, and psychiatric support where appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities to enhance proficiency and adhere to best practices in the field.

The LPC will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting; experience in teletherapy is a plus.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and mental health treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health conditions.
• Certification or specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or child and adolescent therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
