Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish therapeutic rapport and identify clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, providing therapy that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse techniques to engage clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Monitor and track client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
