Job description

Great Opportunity!!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Check for Voice Mail messages and respond to messages and email from Residents
  • Process Architectural Committee applications for completeness and accuracy. Attend 1 ACC meeting per month, starting at 5:00 PM in the home office.; present applications to the Committee and notify applicants of approval or denial.
  • Patrol through the Communities and issue property violations through the Vantaca GPS system. The community has1842 homeowners mainly in single family homes and in 15 different communities. Develop a schedule to inspect each individual property every 2 weeks.
  • Supervise the activities of the Janitorial custodian (ability to speak Spanish a plus)
  • Check out the 3 Gated Communities to determine if all components are functioning properly.
  • Attend one Board of Governors meeting per month, starting at 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM at the Middle School
  • Inspect Irrigation flow meters and record usage once a month.



English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE
