We’re looking for a passionate, bilingual communicator to join our team as a part time 20 hour per week Video Teller, where you’ll connect with members in real time, solve problems, and make managing money easier, more effective, and yes—more fun!

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
  • Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Spot opportunities to improve members’ financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
  • Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.
  • Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.
