ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SPRING/SUMMER OF 2026
This internship puts you on the front lines of applied sports science. You won't be watching from the sidelines - you'll be collecting real-time force plate data, analyzing movement patterns, and helping drive the feedback loop that shapes how elite pitchers train. As a Sports Science Data Intern at Tread Athletics, you'll gain hands-on experience with the same tech used by top performance labs - including VALD force plates, force frames, InBody scans, and athlete readiness surveys - all while learning how data directly influences decision-making at the highest level.
This internship isn't about fetching coffee or sitting on the sidelines. It's a chance to be in the trenches - collecting real-time force plate data, analyzing movement outputs, and helping shape the performance profiles of some of the top pitchers in the world. Responsibilities:
