Job Description As a supporting part of the Integrated Production team, the Integrated Content Production Intern will be fully immersed in the discipline of Production to build and strengthen their fundamental skills in the practice within an integrated agency setting. As an Integrated Content Production Intern, you will gain hands‐on experience in providing day‐to‐day tactical support and coordination of mid to large scale productions, under the supervision and with the guidance of senior discipline members.

From production kick‐off through delivery, you will learn the total production lifecycle and inner workings within a fast‐paced, integrated agency setting. The ideal intern is self‐starting, curious, and resourceful. They strive to flawlessly execute the work and relentlessly pursue the highest level of craft.

Our interns are assigned to work and projects that are applicable during their time at the agency. Responsibilities Support in‐house and external mid‐sized integrated projects that have a mid‐level complexity with multiple workstreams Elevate the creative: Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Contribute to the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions Develop relationships with cross‐discipline teams such as Art Directors, Copywriters, Account, PM and Tech Lead Compose and send out weekly hot sheets to internal team partners Coordinate internal meetings and take notes Participate in productions in more than one media; Content Capture/Post, Photography, Animation, Art installations, Illustration, Print and/or small experiential stunts with oversight Create and manage project status reports, single and multi‐workstream timelines Provide support for the Production team in the completion of tactical and administrative (agency) tasks.

Duties Serve as the point person for all day‐to‐day internal and vendor communications Assist with internal scoping and estimating Create and manage project status reports, single and multi‐workstream timelines Actualize budgets (OOPs and Resources) Set‐up and document Post Project Summary meetings Close out projects and save documents and files accordingly Assist in the discovery/vetting process on small and mid‐size engagements to accurately scope projects while defining project requirements; this includes supporting more senior Producers to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables, determining whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (time and money), and helping to develop creative solutions as needed. Having a basic understanding of production contracts such as NDA, Vendor Contracts, Talent/prop/location release, Usage and license agreements. And when they are needed.

Note: Employee is responsible for other duties as assigned. This internship is full time (40 hours per week) and is paid at $15.00 per hour. Qualifications Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities Able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast‐paced deadline‐driven environment and deliver quality results Facilitate and manage projects from inception to completion with cross‐functional teams including, but not limited to: Creative, Social Creative Lab, Project Management, Strategy, Influencer Marketing, Insights and Social Marketing Demonstrate core Production Management skills in organization, facilitation, attention to detail, negotiation, great interpersonal skills, and communication in keeping team members up to date on status of projects, and scheduling meetings Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behavior that mirrors the dentsu values Passionate about the discipline, the team, and the company Exceptional organizational skills and good interpersonal skills A strong work ethic that includes a "get the job done" attitude Open and willing to learn new things and take on projects and tasks that have not been managed before Education Full‐time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited 4‐year College or University Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program which aligns with the position such as Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Business Management Experience 0–12 months experience in integrated agency environment as an intern or full‐time employee is preferred, including traffic or team coordinating abilities Legally authorized to work in the US Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
