Job description

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a Junior Motion Graphics Designer to support the development of motion-led digital content across our enterprise B2B marketing and communications initiatives. This role centers on creating motion graphics, animated digital advertising, and social media content that clearly, engagingly, and visually compellingly communicate complex technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, highly detail-oriented, and brings hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and HTML5 animation, as well as a strong foundation in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite. This position operates within a structured, corporate creative environment and collaborates closely with marketing, brand, and solutions stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects for enterprise B2B marketing campaigns
  • Create HTML5 animated digital banner advertising for paid media, web, and integrated marketing initiatives
  • Develop animated and static content for paid media, paid and organic social media channels and digital communications
  • Translate technical, solution-oriented messaging into clear visual narratives through motion and design
  • Adapt motion assets across formats, durations, screen sizes, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
  • Ensure all work aligns with corporate brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and digital specifications
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and solutions teams to support campaign execution and creative delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in motion graphics, digital design, or graphic design (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
  • Strong working experience with Adobe After Effects for motion design and animation
  • Hands-on experience creating HTML5 animated digital ads
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
  • Solid understanding of motion graphics fundamentals, including timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, composition)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B, enterprise, or technology-focused marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with digital advertising standards (IAB specifications, file optimization, platform requirements)
  • Understanding of how motion supports performance, clarity, and user engagement in digital campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, or collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus
