GRAPHIC DESIGNER
A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill a graphic designer in its Pasadena headquarters as detailed below. The Graphic Designer will support day-to-day design needs across multiple platforms, creating high-quality digital and motion-based assets that align with D.Law's brand voice and guidelines. Working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager, this individual will help bring creative concepts to life and ensure all visual output is polished, on-brand, and delivered on time.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to grow as a designer, someone who enjoys collaborating with teammates and wants hands-on experience shaping a brand's visual identity.

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Location: Pasadena, CA (On-Site)

Job Hours: Full-time / 40 hours per week (Mo-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm)

Starting Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

· Create and design digital graphics and motion graphic marketing materials for various platforms including digital and internal use

· Design visual assets and motion graphics for social media content, including templates, layouts, and animations

· Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all work

· Support the Creative Director and Marketing Manager in developing and executing creative work

· Manage revisions and respond to quick-turn design requests


Minimum Qualifications:

· 1+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related role (internship or entry-level accepted)

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred, but not required

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects highly preferred

· Strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
