Overview
We are hiring a full stack videographer content producer to own video production end to end for the Paul Gough brand.
This is not a single lane videographer role. You will be responsible for filming, editing, creating, and publishing content across podcasts, livestreams, events, and daily social platforms. You must be comfortable working independently, moving fast, and hitting consistent output targets.

โ€ข Film podcasts, livestreams, interviews, and in person events
โ€ข Set up and operate cameras, audio, lighting, and livestream gear
โ€ข Edit long form content (YouTube, podcasts)
โ€ข Create and publish high volume short form content
โ€ข Produce 4 to 5 short clips per day when content allows
โ€ข Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
โ€ข Maintain consistent audio, lighting, framing, and brand quality
โ€ข Organize footage for fast access and repurposingOutput Performance
