Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Music Producer / Vocal Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for young music professionals who understand both modern music production and internet-driven content trends. The ideal candidate has experience creating commercially appealing music, understands TikTok and short-form content culture, and can quickly turn creative concepts into production-ready tracks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, arrange, and develop original music projects from concept to final delivery
  • Create modern pop, viral, and short-form content-friendly music
  • Record, edit, tune, and process vocals
  • Handle music arrangement, beat production, sound design, and track development
  • Mix and prepare production-ready audio files
  • Collaborate closely with artists, singers, content creators, and marketing teams
  • Utilize AI-powered music tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • Analyze current music trends and adapt production styles accordingly
  • Support rapid content creation cycles for social media platforms
  • Deliver projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards


Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in at least one major DAW: Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live, Pro Tools (plus)
  • Strong understanding of: Music Production, Arrangement, Mixing, Vocal Editing, Sound Design, Audio Engineering
  • Experience with: Auto-Tune, Melodyne, Vocal Processing, AI Music Tools
  • Familiarity with: TikTok music trends, Viral content structure, Short-form video rhythm and pacing, Commercial pop music production


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • 2+ years of music production experience
