What We Are Looking For The ASB Content Specialist is responsible for producing engaging visual content that supports brand growth, product marketing initiatives, retail promotions, community engagement, and customer acquisition efforts. This role serves as the primary content production resource for the marketing team, creating photography, videography, motion graphics, and digital content that brings the brand to life across all channels. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Specialist, and Creative Designer, this position helps drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance through compelling visual storytelling and high-quality content execution. Job Duties • Capture and produce photo and video content for retail locations, products, events, partnerships, and community initiatives. • Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels. • Develop content that supports product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives. • Execute on-location content shoots across retail stores and events. Video Editing & Motion Graphics • Edit video content for social media, digital advertising, website, email, and internal communications. • Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements to enhance campaign performance. • Optimize content formats for multiple platforms and audience segments. • Manage post-production workflows including color correction, audio editing, and graphic integration. Content Planning & Asset Management • Organize, catalog, and maintain photography and video assets. • Assist in content calendar planning and execution. • Recommend new content opportunities and creative approaches based on industry trends and platform best practices.
