ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and driven VP, Sales - Diagnostics to lead our Diagnostics commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our overall Sales strategy across diagnostics, in collaboration with the SVP, General Manager Diagnostics. The VP will partner across the organization to ensure all support teams are operating with speed and efficiency to provide our unique blood-based biomarker testing to patients and providers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Set and lead the diagnostics commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth, expand market penetration, and achieve annual operating plan targets
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing sales organization capable of executing in a dynamic, growth-oriented diagnostics environment
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, market access, reimbursement, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless commercial model
  • Assess market dynamics, competitive trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities to inform strategic priorities and resource allocation
  • Oversee core commercial functions, including sales execution, account development, business development, reimbursement collaboration, and customer experience
  • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and performance management to consistently deliver revenue and profitability objectives
  • Coach and develop sales leaders and team members, fostering accountability, agility, and a high-performance culture

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare industry, with at least 5 in a leadership role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated experience launching and growing diagnostic testing start ups
  • Knowledge of all aspects of a diagnostic testing business, including reimbursement, logistics, market development, sales, and operations
  • Experience in Neurology sales or closely related specialty field
  • Advanced Degree - MBA, Master's, PhD, or MD
