Job description

 Sales Coordinator/ Inside Sales Job Description
  • First responsibility- Receive and dispatch all incoming calls
  • Processing and sending out quotes to customers for potential equipment orders
  • Entering and tracking sales orders
    1. For equipment orders, create VIN and enter into Syspro through the configurator to create the Bill of Materials.
    2. Verify that sales orders are correct- price, quantity, delivery, etc.
  • Mail and email all outgoing information
    1. Specs, literature, sales manuals, drawings, equipment manuals, promotional items
  • Inventory and update sales propaganda
    1. Literature, Specs, Manuals
  • Input customer information into outlook And Syspro
  • Send out mailings
    1. Establish new mailing/advertising program with email and regular mail
  • Create and organize a bid file system
    1. Bids to be done
    2. Status of current bids
    3. Record pricing information
    4. Record and organize state bid contracts- Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, etc.
    5. Managing co-op contract.
    6. Get information for bids- truck info etc.
    7. Complete bid packages and submit
    8. Filing
  • Maintain sales manuals (not writing them)
    1. Pricing
    2. Specs
    3. Photos
  • Get delivery paperwork ready for equipment/shipping information
  • Scheduling freight and handling all paperwork, including customs paperwork for international (Canada) shipments.
  • Schedule flights, hotel rooms for sales teams for Trade Shows
  • Maintain quotes, orders, bids filing system
  • Work with the sales to remove sales road blocks.
  • Hold sales team accountable to follow ups, contract requirements, and growing our brand.
  • Helping establish new reps and generate quality leads.
  • Working with production to lay out forecasts of equipment.
  • Managing all governmental bids and contracts.
  • Outline and record all sales process and work on continued improvement.
  • Help build and maintain a national marketing program.
  • Work with new and existing dealers to grow and expand our brand.
