Executive Operating Rhythm & Decision Governance
Architect the executive operating model that enables effective leadership decision-making and organizational alignment

  • Ensure executive forums are data-driven, outcome-focused, and aligned to strategic priorities
  • Establish clear decision rights, escalation pathways, and follow-through mechanisms
  • Improve enterprise decision velocity while reducing organizational friction

Strategic Portfolio & Cross-Functional Initiative Leadership
Lead enterprise oversight of OC Sports & Entertainment's strategic initiative portfolio
  • Act as the CEO's thought partner on evolving district-wide strategy
  • Maintain visibility into major district initiatives, including development milestones, venue activations, sponsorship launches, technology implementations, and cross-functional transformation efforts
  • Prioritize initiatives based on enterprise impact, strategic alignment, and resource capacity
  • Remove cross-functional barriers and clarify ownership to ensure initiatives progress effectively
  • Drive integration between development timelines and operating readiness across venues and district operations

Budget Alignment & Strategic Resource Allocation
