Position: Sports Performance Coach

Anticipated start date: 05/04/2026

Fairchild Sports Performance, a leading name in athletic development, invites applications for the position of Sports Performance Coach. This opportunity promises a unique experience within the sports performance industry, blending theoretical knowledge with practical application in a professional setting. We are seeking individuals eager to join a team of experts at the forefront of fitness and performance training. Our coaches work with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as general fitness clients, delivering individualized performance and recovery programs aligned to each client's goals.

Professional Development Phase:

During the initial four weeks once hired, the Sports Performance Coach will engage in hands-on and classroom learning. They will have the opportunity to assist in coaching of group training and one-on-one sessions, and to participate in the training of professional athletes. The curriculum features academic presentations, assignments, and workshops, with regular evaluations to assess the coach's development and nurture professional growth.

Schedules are built through internal client allocation, with opportunities to grow through retention and referrals. Coaches are expected to maintain high service and retention standards to support continued schedule growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active client base and client relationships
  • High attention to detail with client programs and exercise execution
  • Service excellence, delivering the highest standard of coaching
  • Stay updated on all services, programs, and products FSP provides
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Weekly office hours
  • Adherence to FSP Policies & Procedures
  • Maintenance of internal and external certifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:
