The Group Vice President, Field Sales is a second‑line leadership role responsible for driving Saviynt’s sales strategy, execution, and performance across the Americas region. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this executive oversees a team of regional sales leaders and is accountable for achieving ambitious growth targets, developing scalable go‑to‑market strategies, and building high‑performing teams.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to deliver on defined revenue and market growth goals.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of Regional VPs, Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to win major deals and long‑term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Success, RevOps and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and optimize the customer experience.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to forecast accurately, assess performance, and adjust tactics based on market trends.
  • Drive operational excellence across pipeline management, resource planning, and territory optimization.
  • Represent Saviynt at key industry events, executive forums, and partner engagements to elevate brand presence and influence.
  • Develop future leadership talent through strong mentorship and succession planning initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise software sales leadership experience, with recent oversight of large, multi‑region teams.
  • Proven success building and leading teams to exceed revenue goals in high growth SaaS environments.

Must live in CA, AZ, or WA.

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000 – $260,000 a year. Competitive total rewards package, discretionary bonus plan, and numerous learning and advancement opportunities.
