Position Purpose

Support and enhance Sagicor’s privacy compliance and data governance programs across U.S. operations. Serve as a key point of contact for privacy-related matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while promoting strong data protection practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Privacy Analyst, you will:

  • Monitor compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, NIST) and conduct gap assessments
  • Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and identify data protection risks
  • Deliver training and guidance to employees on privacy best practices
  • Investigate and manage privacy incidents and breach response activities
  • Partner with IT, security, legal, and third-party vendors to ensure compliant data usage


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or data protection
  • Strong knowledge of privacy regulations and legal frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, Computer Science, or related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPP or related privacy certification
  • Experience with compliance tools and privacy impact assessments
  • Familiarity with data governance and security practices
