  • Partner with key Finance stakeholders to drive privacy documentation and compliance for personal data handling across Global Finance, including Privacy Reviews, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Records of Processing Activities.
  • Collaborate with other privacy teams to plug into efforts to further develop cross-company privacy processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Incident Management Lead and Legal to ensure the Finance Incident Management process covers all requirements of the Microsoft Privacy Standard and to help drive decisions or resolve complex incidents.
  • Support the privacy incident program by appropriately reporting, escalating and managing privacy issues/incidents.
  • Work on global privacy and security projects related to emerging technologies and emerging regulations, including artificial intelligence, executive orders, and local privacy regulations.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the work handled by this position, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports and summaries

  • 5+ years of experience with a combination of the following: risk management, privacy, project management, program management, and controls design and execution
  • Privacy Certification - CIPM or CIPP
