We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Privacy II to join our Global Privacy Office team. This role is located in Manchester (hybrid, 4 days in-office).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Privacy Office Directors to operationalize the Bank's privacy strategy and management framework
  • Produce and maintain key enterprise privacy metrics, ensuring these are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Allocate and monitor completion of agreed privacy tasks, providing support to stakeholders in understanding and executing allocated tasks
  • Undertake risk-based review of deliverables to ensure they meet required quality standards before closing actions

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years experience within financial services or a similar data-driven and regulated environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Office suite; experience with OneTrust is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements
  • Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes
