Your compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $104,800 - $131,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $104,800 - $157,200.

What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Branch Managers and regional branch staff, ensuring consistent implementation of Credit Union policies and adherence to regulations.
  • Direct daily operations of regional branches, oversee member service systems, assist in budgetary projections and long-range planning, and lead staff development and succession planning initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing and/or directing branch operations in a financial institution or similar industry.
  • Multi-unit management preferred or equivalent leadership, development, and training experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Will need to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.

In addition:
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
  • Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for this role and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

Our hours:
An in-person schedule Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.
As Regional Vice President / Branches - Region 3 you will be responsible for the oversight of our Redmond, Bellevue, Burien, Southcenter, Kent and Federal Way branches. In your in-person role, you will be engaging with team members on a day-to-day basis as the face of Sound Credit Union! Your active participation with coworkers and managers is an essential part of your impactful work.
