Position Summary
The Vice President of Integrated Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing holistic brand strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands - Club Pilates, Pure Barre, Stretch Lab, Yoga Six and BFT. This role oversees consumer insights, creative team and brand marketing leads. The VP drives development of integrated marketing and content strategies that drive brand growth, consumer engagement and revenue. In addition, the role integrates annual marketing calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging, to deliver and execute plans that align with each brand’s unique objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio of distinct brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the development of brand strategies, including value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworks for each brand.
  • Champion consumer insights by leveraging market research, data analytics, and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define and refine core audience segments for each brand, ensuring all marketing initiatives are targeted and relevant.
  • Develop and manage annual integrated marketing calendars, coordinating campaign launches, go-to-market strategy and execution, and key brand moments across channels.
  • Oversee the creation of multi-channel marketing plans (digital, social, experiential, traditional, etc.) that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Oversee the creative team that supports each brand, ensuring brand modernization and evolution while delivering compelling, consistent, and on-brand assets.
  • Partner with brand stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and ensure the execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years of relevant fitness and project management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and managing key projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and boards.
  • Experience working within franchise, retail, hospitality, fitness, or multi-location consumer brands is strongly preferred.
