THE RUNDOWN

The Vice President of Integrated Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through fully integrated, multi-platform partnerships across digital, linear, sponsorship, and emerging media. This executive role leads integrated sales strategy, manages senior agency and brand relationships, and develops high-performing sales teams to deliver custom, results-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales leader with deep experience selling complex, cross-platform media partnerships within sports, entertainment, or adjacent industries.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Revenue & Sales Leadership
  • Drive integrated revenue growth across digital, linear, sponsorship, and custom partnerships
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting, pricing strategy, and deal execution
  • Personally manage and grow key strategic agency and brand-direct accounts
 
Client & Agency Relationships
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies, brands, and client-direct partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating client objectives into integrated marketing solutions
  • Lead high-level client presentations, negotiations, and renewals
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and market-facing initiatives
 
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop integrated sales, planning, and client services teams
  • Set clear performance expectations and foster a high-performance sales culture
  • Ensure strong alignment across sellers, planners, and client services to maximize revenue and retention
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner closely with Digital, Linear, Sponsorship, Marketing, Research, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Ensure seamless internal communication and execution of integrated partnerships
  • Maintain high standards for stewardship, reporting, compliance, and documentation
 
Market Insight & Leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and sales innovation
  • Travel as needed to support key client relationships and market growth

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in media sales or sales leadership within sports, entertainment, or related industries
  • Background in integrated sales environments combining digital, sponsorship, and linear media
  • Proven success selling complex, integrated media solutions
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
