My Pet's Vet is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our busy animal hospital! This role is perfect for animal lovers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to pet owners. We are seeking somone who is friendly, professional, organized and is able to multi-task. 

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Educate clients on services and products available at the clinic.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred.
