Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical health, mobility, and functional limitations to establish tailored treatment goals.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the patient's personal objectives and recovery timelines.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to aid recovery from a wide spectrum of orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to document patient progress while employing evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize therapy outcomes.
  • Provide education and encourage active participation of patients in their recovery processes, fostering a sense of empowerment and responsibility.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. These patients range from active athletes to elderly clients seeking rehabilitation after joint replacements, all of whom require personalized attention and customized treatment approaches to restore their functionality and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Nevada.
