Veterinary Client Service Representative
Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital
Fort Collins, CO

Shifts Available:

  • Friday - Saturday 6:30am to 3:30pm

Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital is hiring a dedicated part-time CSR to join our INCREDIBLE team!

Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital provides 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs, cats, and pocket pets. Open to the community since 2005, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care for pets across the Northern Front Range.

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care and hospital operations. This position works closely with our veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure patients receive exceptional care while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about animal care.

  • Previous veterinary experience as a CSR strongly preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work proposed part-time schedule
  • Basic computer skills, experience with Veterinary scheduling software strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude with a compassionate approach to client care
  • Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with check-ins and check-outs
  • Process payments, ensuring each patients account is current and up-to-date
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area
  • Answer phones in a professional, friendly manner
  • Stock supplies in reception when needed
  • Support team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care
  • Help create a positive experience for both clients and patients
