Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Venture X Chandler is a premium coworking space inside a Class A office building at 3075 W Ray Rd — and we're looking for a friendly, organized person to be the face of our community every afternoon. You'll keep the space running smoothly, welcome prospective members, and make sure current members feel taken care of. If you like people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want real-world experience working alongside entrepreneurs and executives, this role was made for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Answer phones and greet visitors — first voice and face people encounter when they call or walk in
  • Schedule tours and appointments — coordinate meeting rooms and calendar bookings for prospective members
  • Give office tours — walk prospects through the space and communicate what makes Venture X special
  • Prep and organize the space — set up meeting rooms, restock common areas, and prep for next-morning opening
  • Manage member records — use our coworking platform to track memberships, access, and requests
  • Support current members — handle day-to-day needs like coffee, snacks, and amenities so members can focus

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A natural people person — professional, warm, and confident with executives and entrepreneurs
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed — you notice what needs doing and handle it without being asked
  • Comfortable with technology — Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and new software
  • Consistently available 1pm–5pm, Monday through Friday

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Competitive $20/hr pay — above average for a student part-time role
  • Afternoons only
  • Daily exposure to entrepreneurs, executives, and growing businesses — the kind of professional network most people spend years building
  • Resume-worthy experience in business operations, hospitality, and member services
