Job description

Graduate Sales Trainee

Riverside, CA

Full-Time | In-Person

Looking to turn your degree into real-world experience — not just another line on your resume?

At AMP Branding, we offer hands-on sales training designed to build confident, high-performing professionals from the ground up.

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you’ll work on live customer acquisition campaigns inside retail and promotional environments, representing nationally recognized brands and learning how to manage the full sales process face-to-face.

What You’ll Be Doing — and What You’ll Gain From It

This is a hands-on sales internship where you’ll be actively working with customers — and building real skills as you go.

• Engaging customers in retail and event environments

→ You’ll develop confidence speaking to new people quickly and naturally

• Presenting products and explaining offers clearly

→ You’ll learn how to communicate value in a way that drives decisions

• Asking questions and identifying customer needs

→ You’ll build strong listening skills and commercial awareness

• Handling objections and guiding conversations forward

→ You’ll gain resilience and learn how to think on your feet

• Closing sales and completing customer sign-ups

→ You’ll understand how to turn conversations into measurable results

• Tracking your own performance and working toward targets

→ You’ll see how effort, consistency, and strategy directly impact earnings

By the end of the internship, you’ll have real, practical experience in customer acquisition, sales, and communication — not just theory.

This is the kind of experience that sets you up for progression into sales, leadership, or any role where performance and people skills matter.

Who This Suits

• Graduates or career starters

• Confident, outgoing individuals

• Competitive and goal-oriented personalities

• People looking for fast progression and real earning potential
