Audacy's Podcast division is seeking a Coordinator, Podcast Revenue Partnerships. This role supports both the talent and revenue sides of Audacy.
This role has two sides to it. The first is talent facing, which requires working with Audacy podcast partners on potential revenue opportunities, keeping them up to date about pending brand deals, and getting approvals for potential advertising integrations. The second is internal facing, where you'll work closely with the sales team to brainstorm custom advertising integrations for Audacy shows and do outreach to individual sellers about proactive brand pitches.
This role is involved in every aspect of the custom branded content workflow, from reviewing media plans to working closely with the strategic sales marketing team on pitch decks, to reviewing sponsored content to make sure everything meets a brand's requirements.
While the Podcast Revenue Partnerships team is small and closeknit, we work across many divisions at Audacy, including sales, partner operations, finance, marketing, and events.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Become the subject matter expert for all Audacy partner podcasts and lead/liaison between podcast partner shows and the sales department within Audacy.
  • Represent the Audacy slate in each sales meeting by contributing ideas for branded segments, presenting sponsorships, and other advertising integrations, keeping in mind the talent's brand affinities, creative preferences, and show structure.
  • Become an important extension of each of Audacy's partner teams by keeping them up to date on the progress of pitches, trends in the industry, and by attending recurring partner meetings.
  • Communicate to the relevant internal teams (sales/marketing/finance/etc.) show updates regarding changes to scheduling, content, availability, and anything else that could be relevant to the show's revenue streams.
  • Work with the Partner Management team to handle post-sales workflow, new partner onboarding, and developing and presenting show-specific monthly reports.
  • Utilize day-to-day systems and platforms such as Tableau, Google Slides and Sheets, Salesforce, and other proprietary and public research tools as needed.
  • Monitor relevant news, current events, press and brand deals across digital media industry and relay to relevant internal teams.

Required & Preferred:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital, podcast, or media environment (including internships).
  • Additional work experience in sales or advertising is a plus.
  • A passion for podcasts and an eagerness to learn more about the space.

  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate on projects and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with different levels of talent, agents, internal management, and leadership.
