Description:

JF Group is a leading provider of turnkey distribution, installation, construction, and service solutions to the North American fueling infrastructure and construction industries. The company supports customers across areas including Power, Infrastructure, Distribution, and Construction. 


We are seeking an entry-level Multimedia Specialist to support our growing multimedia and marketing efforts. This full-time hourly role will assist with video editing, content production, media organization, tradeshow support, and drone capture coordination.


Primary Duties:

  • Creating and editing video content for: social media reels, marketing videos, training content, corporate communications, recruiting videos, podcast clips, motion graphics and animation.
  • This role will also help manage and organize our SharePoint media library by uploading, labeling, sorting, tagging, and archiving photo and video assets.
  • Support for podcast production, including editing long-form episodes and creating short-form clips for social media and marketing use.
  • Additional responsibilities include supporting tradeshow logistics, tracking booth materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, organizing tradeshow media, and helping edit and distribute content captured at events. This role will also assist with scheduling and tracking national drone coverage for construction projects, milestones, company events, and job completions.


The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software. Photography, videography, social media, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana experience are preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in multimedia production, corporate video, marketing content, and field-based storytelling.


Occasional local and out-of-state travel may be required for tradeshows, company events, field shoots, or project documentation.


Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or Audition.
  • Experience creating social media reels, short-form videos, corporate videos, training videos, or branded video content.
  • Basic photography and/or videography experience.
  • Familiarity with camera operation, audio recording, lighting, and basic production equipment.
  • Experience managing digital assets in SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools.
  • Experience with podcast editing or multi-camera editing.
  • Experience preparing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, websites, and internal communication platforms.
  • FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus but not required.



Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of entry-level experience in video editing, multimedia production, digital media, communications, marketing, film, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
  • Strong file management skills, including organizing raw footage, final exports, graphics, photos, project files, and shared media assets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established workflows for intake, project tracking, file naming, asset management, review cycles, and final delivery.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and handling multiple projects at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and make revisions efficiently.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Must be local to Rancho Cucamonga, CA or able to reliably commute.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external agencies. Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, background check, and MVR, if driving for the company. 
  • Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 30-50 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
