Position Summary: Â The Vendor Manager ensures vendor compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements established by clients, the company, and federal and state agencies. This role is responsible for documenting and communicating vendor requirements, evaluating vendor performance, and addressing non- compliance issues with vendors and company branches. The Vendor Manager also supports identifying, assessing, and negotiating potential new vendors. This position operates with minimal supervision, regularly handling complex issues and escalating only the most critical or highly complex matters when necessary.

3-5 years of vendor management, procurement, or compliance-related experience
Strong knowledge of vendor management practices, contract negotiation, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills. The ability to manage tight deadlines and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Access, Word, Project, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint), online analytic tools, e.g., Tableau, excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills
