If you are a detail-oriented manufacturing professional interested in hands-on electrical assembly and high-quality workmanship, we invite you to explore this opportunity! We are seeking a reliable Control Systems Assembler to join our Elevator Controls team at Vantage Elevation.
You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering quality, safety, and reliability across our operations by assembling and testing elevator control systems used in the field every day.

Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in electronics or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or related manufacturing roles
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Understanding of basic electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Assembling and wiring elevator control panels, sub-assemblies, and components according to engineering drawings and schematics
Performing mechanical assembly tasks such as mounting hardware, crimping, soldering, and wire routing
Testing assembled units using diagnostic tools and standard procedures to ensure proper functionality
Troubleshooting and correcting wiring, assembly, and functional issues
Maintaining accurate documentation of assembly processes, inspections, and test results
Following safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues
Maintaining a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
