Pay: $22-23/hour + Monthly bonuses (average $1,000-1,500/month)

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone 
  • Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads 
  • Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready 
  • Receive, record, and deposit rent and fees daily 
  • Post payments, process refunds, and reconcile ledgers 
  • Manage delinquencies and initiate eviction processes as needed 
  • Prepare and distribute resident statements and utility billing 
  • Complete daily, weekly, and month-end financial reports 
  • Assist with audits and ensure financial accuracy 
  • Support leasing efforts and respond to resident inquiries 
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and resident information 
  • Assist the Property Manager with staff oversight and operations 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures 

Requirements


 What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong financial and administrative skills 
  • Ability to handle cash and manage confidential information 
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities 
  • Proficiency in data entry and reporting 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and property operations 
  • High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)
