Job description

At Bumble, we're building the Love Company - a place where healthy, equitable relationships and friendships can start (and keep growing). The Growth Ads team helps bring that mission to more people by running high-quality, trustworthy advertising that respects our community and strengthens our brand.

We're looking for a commercially sharp and highly execution-focused performance marketer to drive paid acquisition across multiple channels, brands, and markets.

Reporting to the Associate Director, User Acquisition, this role is responsible for translating portfolio strategy into disciplined, high-velocity execution - and for turning performance insight into clear recommendations that shape future direction.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves quickly, and combines rigour with resourcefulness. We value scrappy excellence: high standards, smart prioritisation, and the ability to deliver impact without unnecessary overhead.

Scope & Responsibilities

1. Strategy into Execution

  • Translate growth strategy and targets into coordinated channel and market-level plans.

  • Ensure execution is tightly aligned to strategic priorities across brands and geographies.

  • Make tactical trade-offs in real time to maintain performance against plan.

  • Operate with pace and clarity, particularly when performance deviates from expectations.

  • You are responsible for turning direction into results.

2. Multi-Market Performance Ownership

  • Own delivery across a portfolio of channels, brands, and markets.

  • Manage and optimise significant budgets with accountability for registrations, efficiency, and quality.

  • Maintain clear pacing, risk identification, and corrective action across markets.

  • Ensure high operational standards across campaign execution and tracking.

  • You own performance across a complex footprint.

3. Insight, Learning & Recommendation

  • Analyse cross-market and cross-channel performance to identify patterns, risks, and scaling opportunities.

  • Surface actionable insights and clear recommendations to the Associate Director.

  • Partner with Analytics on experimentation and incrementality initiatives.

  • Apply learning quickly to refine strategy and execution.

  • You don't just report results - you shape what we do next.

4. Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Work closely with Growth Creative to improve creative performance and testing velocity.

  • Partner with Product and Analytics to align on launches, experiments, and performance drivers.
  • Contribute meaningfully to planning cycles and performance reviews with a strong market narrative.

What We're Looking For
  • 6-9 years in performance marketing / user acquisition.

  • Experience managing multi-channel, multi-market portfolios.

  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort making decisions with imperfect information.

  • Highly organised and able to manage complexity without slowing down.

  • Data-driven, analytical, and proactive in surfacing insights
  • Hands-on operator with high standards and a bias toward action.

What Success Looks Like
  • Strategy is translated into clear, effective execution.

  • Performance is managed proactively, not reactively.

  • Insights surfaced early and turned into decisive action.

  • The channels performs against plan with speed and discipline
  • The team demonstrates scrappy excellence; high standards, strong ownership, and impact.

$125,000 - $140,000 a year
