Overview
The Senior Manager, User Acquisition will own a significant portion of our ROI-driven UA portfolio, with full accountability for performance across key channels. This role is responsible for driving growth through data-informed strategy, hands-on campaign execution, and cross functional leadership.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, a deep understanding of performance drivers across major ad platforms, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-million dollar budgets. You are both strategic and execution-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This role is eligible for hire in the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end performance of UA campaigns across key channels and geographies
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute UA strategy aligned with growth goals
  • Plan, allocate, and manage monthly budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROAS
  • Analyze campaign performance, including cohort analysis, LTV vs. CAC, channel performance, and creative effectiveness
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and forecasts against growth and ROI targets
  • Manage and optimize relationships with ad network and platform partners
  • Ensure accurate attribution and measurement through MMP platforms
  • Identify, test, and scale new channels, strategies, and creative approaches through structured experimentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, creative, and marketing teams
  • Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives, including asset testing and conversion optimization
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across paid channels (ad networks, social, search; gaming experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing seven-figure marketing budgets
  • Strong experience using data to inform strategy, experimentation, and decision-making
  • Experience presenting performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Skills & Expertise
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, including forecasting, modeling, and ROAS optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Tableau, Leanplum)
  • Familiarity with SKAN 4 and measurement frameworks (MMM, MMP, SKAN triangulation)
  • Experience with AI-driven UA workflows is a strong plus
  • SQL and data visualization experience preferred
  • Ability to build scalable workflows and processes

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred

The base salary range for this position based in the San Francisco Bay Area is $121,300 - $181,900annually. Total compensation will be determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, qualifications, competencies, and location. At Together Labs, base pay is part of a larger design. We intentionally invest in 6 elements: base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, retirement, health, and wellness.
