Customer Service Representative – Foodservice Export

We are a growing foodservice company specializing in international exports and are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in supporting international customers, coordinating export orders, and ensuring smooth communication across logistics and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer accounts and process orders for international clients
  2. Coordinate order entry, export documentation, and shipment follow-ups
  3. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, logistics providers, and internal teams
  4. Ensure accuracy and compliance of export documentation and international shipping requirements
  5. Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

  1. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  2. Previous customer service experience (foodservice, logistics, or international trade preferred)
  3. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working with Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) or bonded facilities
  2. Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and international logistics

Schedule

  1. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  2. 1-hour lunch break
