Job description

Position Title:Enrollment Service Representative
Work Location:Livermore, CA 94550
Assignment Duration:6 Months
Work Schedule: Flexible shift between 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Position Summary:

The Enrollment Services Representative plays a key role in guiding customers through the enrollment process from start to finish.

This role serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by reviewing service details, costs, and providing training until customers are fully active.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers throughout the full enrollment process
* Serve as the main point of contact from account initiation to activation
* Clearly explain service details, costs, and enrollment steps
* Provide training and guidance to customers during onboarding
* Handle high-volume inbound/outbound phone interactions
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualification & Experience:

* Proven customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Quick learner with strong information retention skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Reliable attendance and dependability
* Prior experience in benefits, healthcare, or enrollment services
