Upholsterer - Custom Leather Furniture Symbiotic Services is hiring a skilled Upholsterer to join a custom furniture manufacturing team specializing in high-quality leather products. This role is hands-on and requires expertise in assembling and finishing upholstered furniture to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities: Cut, fit, and apply leather to furniture frames Assemble and upholster custom pieces with precision Interpret and follow design specifications for made-to-order furniture Ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship Maintain tools and workspace in a safe and organized manner Qualifications: Previous upholstery experience required (leather preferred) Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to producing high-quality finished products Dependable with a strong work ethic Additional Details: Full-time schedule (guaranteed 40 hours per week) Compensation based on experience Open to Spanish-speaking candidates.
