Job Summary:

Safeguard company assets and comply with all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures by assisting customers with various cash transactions and conversion of tokens, gaming chips and coins.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Cash checks of all types and process credit card cash advances and incoming western union transfers following established procedures
  • Convert tokens, slot tickets, gaming chips, and coins to currency quickly, accurately and efficiently
  • Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner
  • Balance cashier bank and meet established standards of accuracy
  • Process Pit fills and credits
  • Run coin through JetSort and maintain accuracy of coin bags
  • Verify cash from other banks within the cage
  • Set up and Verify outlet banks
  • Drop and fill ATM machines (Drop Cashier only)
  • Accurately complete Quickett and Kiosk reports
  • Answer a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain work station in a clean, neat and orderly manner
  • All other duties that may be assigned
