Job description

As an IT Administrator 2, you'll lead the design, implementation, automation, and support of endpoint and infrastructure solutions that deliver a consistent and secure experience for co-workers, regardless of device type, operating system, or location. You'll help drive modernization efforts, strengthen security, and improve operational efficiency through automation and strategic infrastructure planning.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
  • Design, implement, and support secure endpoint management solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud-based environments.
  • Deliver a scalable, repeatable, and predictable endpoint experience for co-workers across multiple operating systems and device types.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions that reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize endpoint management platforms, including SCCM, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Maintain a secure technology environment through patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint security controls.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and endpoint issues to minimize downtime and improve system stability.
  • Design and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments, including Citrix, VMware, and Azure Virtual Desktop technologies.
  • Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments across platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Lead and contribute to infrastructure-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and operational support.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to endpoint architecture, infrastructure design, and operational processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals and long-term IT strategy.
  • Mentor team members and share technical expertise to strengthen overall team capabilities.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Six years or more of relevant IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory, and other enterprise endpoint management tools.
  • Experience supporting and administering virtual desktop infrastructure solutions, including Citrix, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Strong scripting and automation experience utilizing PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience supporting cloud infrastructure platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, patch management, and IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading technology projects and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Physical Demands
