Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) – Full Time

Preferred Physical Therapy | Arizona
$80,000–$85,000 + Bonuses | Flexible Schedule | Growth-Focused Culture

Preferred Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow, lead, and make an impact.

We are not a high-volume clinic.
We are building a culture.

 Compensation
$80,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)
 
  • Paid bi-weekly
     
  • Monthly performance bonus opportunities
     
 Flexible Schedule

Choose what fits your lifestyle:

  • 4 x 10-hour shifts (3-day weekend every week)
    OR
     
  • 5 x 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
     

Mandatory Team Development:

  • Tuesday 12:30–2:00 PM (Staff Meeting)
     
  • Thursday 12:30–2:00 PM (Training & Growth Time)
