What You’ll Do:
As the face of our service department, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcome. 
  • Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues accurately. 
  • Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. 
  • Preparing detailed service estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. 
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. 
  • Maintaining accurate service records and billing information. 
  • Helping customers stay on top of future maintenance needs. 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications:
