Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our service department. As the primary link between our customers and technicians, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each guest receives exceptional service while their vehicle is maintained or repaired. If you have a background in automotive service writing, customer communication, and repair order management, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a respected dealership.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately write repair orders.
  • Communicate recommended services, costs, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed correctly and on time.
  • Provide ongoing updates to customers regarding vehicle status and any additional repair needs.
  • Process warranty claims, payments, and ensure all documentation is complete in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Uphold dealership standards for customer service, accuracy, and productivity.

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or related role (dealership experience preferred).
