Position: UKG Timekeeping Analyst

We are seeking a skilled UKG Timekeeping Analyst to support and optimize Workforce Management systems within a dynamic organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate timekeeping, system configuration, and payroll readiness, acting as a bridge between HR, Payroll, and IT teams. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with operational experience to maintain system integrity, compliance, and efficiency.


What Youll Be Doing

  • UKG Timekeeping Configuration & Support
  • Configure and maintain timekeeping modules in UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM
  • Design, implement, and support attestation workflows and business rules
  • Troubleshoot pay rules, accruals, schedules, and timecard discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate time capture and compliance with organizational policies


Payroll & Timekeeping Operations

  • Support end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Partner with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing
  • Audit timekeeping data and enforce compliance with labor regulations and company policies


Technical & Testing Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using Test Assure
  • Perform system validation, regression testing, and support system upgrades
  • Diagnose and resolve configuration issues across the UKG platform


Production Support & Incident Management

  • Provide day-to-day operational and production support for WFM systems
  • Manage, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
  • Monitor system performance and respond to issues within defined SLAs
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system changes for knowledge sharing


Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support business needs
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring proactive follow-up and resolution
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them through to completion


What You Bring to the Table

  • Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM
  • Strong expertise in timekeeping configuration, pay rules, accruals, and attestation
  • Experience supporting payroll processing and timekeeping operations
  • Proficiency with Test Assure and ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large enterprise or multi-location environments
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience with integrations between UKG and payroll/HR systems
  • Prior experience in production support or consulting roles
