Home Instead is Hiring Caregivers in Tri-Cities
Do you have a heart for helping others? Home Instead is hiring caring and dependable people to support seniors and Veterans in and around the Tri-Cities and surrounding area.
At Home Instead, we call our caregivers "Care Pros" (short for Care Professionals) because the work they do is important, personal, and deeply valued.
As a Care Pro, you will provide one-on-one support to older adults who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. For many families, you become the helping hand and friendly face they can count on.
You do not need prior training. We provide training, and prior caregiving experience is always welcome.
Your role: Care Pro - Part-Time with a Flexible Schedule
  • Help with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and personal care
  • Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
  • Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement
  • Help with light housekeeping and simple home routines
  • Assist with errands, appointments, walks, and daily activities
  • Bring kindness, patience, and respect into each client's home
What You'll Get

  • Higher pay available if you are already licensed as an HCA or CNA
