We are expanding and looking to build a Sales Team to Provide the outstanding service we are know for to the Tri-Cities Area

In Home Sales Representative (Leads Provided) $95,000 to $125,000

Pay Structure: Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

Average annual earnings up to $95,000–$100,000, top performers can make up to $150,000+ annually

What you’ll do

Conduct in home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments.

Lead engaging product demos; tailor solutions to homeowner needs.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Build trust and long term customer relationships.

Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Turn preset, prequalified leads into high value sales by delivering consultative, in home presentations. No cold calling, focus on connecting with homeowners, demonstrating products, and closing with confidence.

What you bring

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed.
