Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Tray Line Worker to join our food service team. In this role, you will assist with meal assembly, food preparation, tray line service, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering quality food service while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assemble and serve meals accurately and efficiently on the tray line.
  • Prepare fruits, vegetables, snacks, and other food items for daily service.
  • Stock food, beverages, and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Collect, wash, and sanitize trays, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation and dishwashing areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
  • Assist kitchen staff with general food service and preparation duties.
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout each shift.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support daily food service operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service, dietary services, restaurants, cafeterias, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends, as scheduled.
