Job description

Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Boise, ID is in search of a Warehouse Freezer Worker! This full time position will work Monday- Friday, with possible weekend work when warranted. We think Ocean Beauty is a pretty incredible place to work and we know you will love it too!  We focus on getting quality and sustainable seafood to our local grocery stores and restaurants. Chances are you have had our delicious product!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Responsible for product movement within a warehouse as well as some light computer work pertaining to product.
  • Hauling freight in from docks and putting it into reserve and/or pick locations.
  • Assist in keeping the warehouse area clean and organized, ensuring product in placed accurately and inventory is properly accounted for.
  • Expected to maintain an up – to – date knowledge of product availability, both internally and incoming for each day.
  • Responsible for efficiently packing and picking orders and even working on the production line packing orders to be shipped to our local customers.
  • Counting cases and verifying the case count with paperwork is also a part of the position.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must be able to understand English to understand and follow directions.
  • Cutting experience would be great but not required
  • Don’t mind a cold wet environment
  • Have a great attitude and can work well with others
  • Responds to change productively and handles all other duties as required
  • Want to learn and train in all areas of Production
  • Have reliable transportation
