Job Title: Warehouse Freezer Loader - National DCPLocation: McDonough, GAJob Type: Full-time | Shift: 12pm-8:30pm

Overview:Join National DCP, LLC (NDCP) as a Warehouse Freezer Loader, where you'll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced distribution operations for Dunkin' restaurants. The primary function of this position is the end processing/loading of all customer orders in the dry selecting zone, including hand loading cups, smallwares, and chemicals. Flexibility in job duties and scheduling. Ability to work with other loaders and selectors in a team setting. This role works across dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures all pallets are wrapped and labeled properly.
  • Accurately loads orders onto tractor trailers prior to each route's start time.
  •  Complies with company guidelines and procedures relating to loading methods and weightdistribution.
  • Meets and maintains company standards when loading or selecting.
  •  Safely operate all equipment utilized to perform tasks associated with role.
  •  Maintain Company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
  •  Maintain proper and safe lifting techniques.
  •  Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
  •  Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions or accidents.
  •  Attend all required Company meetings.
  •  Follow NDCP's Good Distribution Practices.
  •  Cross train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  •  Assist in the orderly maintenance & general housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Qualifications

    1. Ability to operate shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-warp product2. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (fork lift, pallet jack, high lift)3. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays4. High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience5. Desire and ability to work in a collaborative work environment6. 1+ years of experience of loading experience preferred.7. Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures preferred8. Basic knowledge of food handling regulations preferred9. Electric Pallet Jack and forklift experience preferred10. Voice Picking and Vocollect experience preferred11. Must be able to pass a Power Industrial Truck (PIT) onsite training course12. RF Gun experience preferred

    Physical Demands

    1. Ability to lift 55+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

    2. The work of a loader is highly physical, which means you need to possess great skill and agility to perform it.

    3. Working in this position means that you have to be on your feet (literally) at all times.
