Summary: Serves as secretary to the Special Serivces and public being served in communicating information, problem
solving, and material acquisition. This position is a school year position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Staff in this position will...
• Provide confidential administrative support.
• Work productively as a member of a team.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Work with children, school personnel, and/or the public.
• Open and distribute mail.
• Maintain accurate files and records.
• Operate all types of office equipment.
• Produce documents and reports as requested.
• Maintain and track supplies.
• Enter and retrieve information from District software programs.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor.
